Oct. 24, 2018 - The Art program is pleased to announce four upcoming art shows to be held in the Napa Hall art galleries from Nov. 5 through Dec. 6.
The Napa Gallery will feature works by Lucy Holtsnider, Jimmy Miracle and Carlos Ochoa. “Vista” will guide viewers to points of interest – some subdued, some grandiose- by way of a diverse suite of visual media.
The Palm Temporary will display “Westlake High School: Warrior Country,” curated by Julia Bush. Julia is a CSUCI alumna and visual arts teacher at Westlake High School. She has always been active in the arts and encourages her students to get out of their comfort zone and show dynamic connections between the art and the artist.
Grad Walls 1 and 2 will feature work by CSUCI students David Villalobos and Sian Harrelson, respectively.
Artists reception for all four exhibits will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Napa Hall Gallery.
