Feb. 25, 2020 - Join OpenCI in celebration of Open Education Week, an international event from March 2-5, spanning 123 countries, 18 languages, 190 events and more than 6,000 participants. 

OpenCI has on-campus workshops, speaker series, film screenings, and unread book clubs planned for the entire week, all centered around open educational resources.

This week of events will be highlighted by a Campus Celebration on Wednesday, March 4 at 2 p.m. in Petit Salon. President Beck will offer Opening Remarks, followed by a Keynote from Hal Plotkin - activist, journalist, Senior Policy Fellow for Creative Commons, and former Senior Policy Advisor to the U.S. Department of Education under Barack Obama. In addition, there will OpenCI Faculty Awards, a student panel, refreshments, and more.
