Raise Your Voice logoOct. 8, 2018 - Student Government, in partnership with Student Leadership Programs and the Center for Community Engagement, is ready to get students registered to vote while providing educational opportunities and fun events throughout the week of Oct. 15.  This year, Student Government will lead the effort as we compete against other college campuses across the state to register the most students to vote in the next election.

Monday, Oct. 15: Raise Your Voice and Register Tables

  • 9 a.m. to noon at El Dorado Hall Park
  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Student Union Courtyard and Central Mall East
  • 3 to 5 p.m. at Campus Bus Stop
  • 4 to 6 p.m. at Islands Café

Tuesday, Oct. 16: Constitution Day Carnival, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Central Mall

Learn about First Amendment rights and voter registration

Wednesday, Oct. 17: Raise Your Voice and Register Tables

  • 10 to 11 a.m. at El Dorado Hall Park

Thursday, Oct. 18: Civic Engagement Fair, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Central Mall

Connect with over 50 community organizations and their leaders to volunteer and make a difference. Learn about engagement at the local, state and federal levels, and engaging your community to create positive change.
