March 26, 2018 - On Thursday, April 5 from 5:30-6:45 p.m. in El Dorado Hall, Congressman Salud Carbajal will visit CSUCI for a townhall-style event: From La Colonia to the House of Representatives - a Conversation with CI Students.
Led by Professor of History Frank Barajas, Ph.D., the event will feature two students conducting an interview-style conversation with the congressman.
Following the interview, the discussion and Q&A will focus on the congressman's educational and career journey.
Congressman Carbajal represents the 24th Congressional District of California, which includes all of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, and a portion of Ventura County. More information is available on his website at: https://carbajal.house.gov/.
