Jan. 17, 2019 - As of January 17, 2019, the Shared Services Solution Center (formerly the Solution Center) is supporting the campus with Human Resources questions. The SSSC team, which already provides the campus with technology support and answers to commencement and other general campus questions, has now been trained to assist with your HR questions.
To get help with an HR question, you can continue to use the HR main phone number: 805-437-8490. Calls to that number are now routed directly to the SSSC team, who will assist you. If more advanced support is needed, they will connect you with the HR team member who can provide assistance.
This new support service has been months in the making and could not have been possible without the input of the campus community. Thanks to everyone who participated in the discussions leading up to this launch and for providing your input. We want to continue to hear from you as you begin using this new service.
