April 8, 2024 - CSUCI’s annual Student Research Conference is set for Saturday, May 4! This year we are thrilled to share that there have been nearly 180 student projects submitted; a significant increase from 2023.
The interdisciplinary group of projects ranges from Art and Chicana/o Studies to Chemistry and Computer Science and many, many more.
The conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Grand Salon and Del Norte Hall. The day will begin with remarks from President Yao and a poster session in the Grand Salon, followed by a short intermission before oral sessions are held in Del Norte Hall. Additional poster sessions and a raffle will take place in the afternoon after lunch (boxed lunches will be available to attendees). A schedule will be shared once the details have been finalized.
In honor of this year’s conference taking place on “Star Wars Day”, there is a special theme of “Intergalactic Discoveries: The Force of Undergraduate Research.”
