Sept. 13, 2018 - All Ventura County high school and community college students are invited to the Transfer Success Student Academy on Saturday, Sept. 22. Free to all students, the Transfer Success Student Academy will be hosted on campus in the Grand Salon from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Parking, continental breakfast and lunch are all provided.
Workshops for the day will include sessions on financial aid, Institutional Pathways including further information on the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) and the Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG), as well as sessions on major and career exploration, top tips on how to transfer and opportunities to meet with faculty from your department or major.
The event is a partnership between Moorpark College, Oxnard College, Ventura College, Santa Barbara City College and CSU Channel Islands.
