March 13, 2018 - Student Government and other students at large have organized a walkout to take place on Wednesday, March 14 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Peace Pole located at the Central Mall. This event is significantly different from the national campaign and is a peaceful gathering to remember the 17 lives that were lost last month in Florida.
We are sorry if this disturbs anyone’s classes. It is not our intention to get students to miss class. Instead our goal is to spread awareness of issues happening in education at schools locally, state and nationwide.
