Aug. 25, 2021 - Students are reminded to submit their vaccination status and supporting documents as soon as possible via myCI/CI Records. Unvaccinated students and students who have not certified their vaccination status are required to complete weekly COVID-19 testing before 4 p.m. Aug. 26. This includes students who are partially vaccinated and waiting to receive their second dose, or, students who are fully vaccinated but have not yet submitted their vaccine status and submitted supporting documentation.
IMPORTANT! Students who do not provide their vaccination status or complete COVID-19 testing will not be permitted on campus and will not be able to attend or participate in any other University-related in-person programs or services as of Friday, Aug. 27.
