Aug. 8, 2018 - CSUCI Staff Council is pleased to announce the 2018 Wellness Challenge, brought to you by Kaiser Permanente and NutriShop Oxnard.
This fat loss and muscle gain challenge is open to all campus and auxiliary personnel at CSUCI. Using the fitmanager app (available via the App Store or Google Play), participants will be able to track their progress and get reminders about weigh-in dates.
Be sure to weigh-in by Aug. 12 to ensure your participation.
