CI Spirit Wednesdays!
Show your campus pride by wearing attire with any University logo on Wednesdays throughout the spring semester! The Communication & Marketing team will visit various areas of the campus every Wednesday and randomly award $5 gift cards to students, faculty, and staff showing their CI Spirit. Gift cards may be used towards a purchase at Islands Café, Student Union, or the Freudian Sip on campus, or Tortillas or Subway located at the University Town Center.

February is the month of love! When we think of love, we often think about our heart. It is a great time to remember it is American Heart Month. Do you know if you are at risk for heart attack or stroke?
How can I learn more? Talk to your doctor, nurse or other healthcare professionals. If you have heart disease or have had a stroke, members of your family also may be at higher risk. It's very important for them to make changes now to lower their risk. Call 1-800-AHA-USA1 (1-800-242-8721), or visit americanheart.org to learn more about heart disease.
Be on the look-out for posters with helpful tips in your work-room and copier areas on this topic during February.
