CI’s “Working Professionals” MBA Program in Santa Barbara moved to the SBCC campus in January 2014. Students are admitted annually in the winter term. Classes are offered year-round in an accelerated weekday evening format that allows students to complete the degree in two years or less. The MBA Program is the result of benchmarking against the best business programs in the country and has been developed while using Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business’ (AACSB) assurance of learning standards as a guideline. Our program features integrated modules that cut across functional disciplines, as well as team teaching and learning. Consistent with the University’s mission, the program emphasizes graduating business leaders with a global and multicultural perspective.

Our Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics MBA is $550 per unit for 33-49 units for students with a BS in business. Entrance without a BS in Business requires 16 units of foundation courses. Thus, our highest tuition rate would be $26,950 (for 49 units). By comparison, Pepperdine charges $1,533 per unit for 52 units or $82,268 for the “Fully Employed MBA” – a two year program.
