Student Business Services provides a range of services to the campus community. These include receipt of all student payments and departmental deposits, ID cards, student refunds, third party sponsorships, fee waivers, housing and tuition installment payment plans and student account analysis and fee verifications.

IMPORTANT:
Making payments - Payment may be made at any time through your myCI portal using a credit card or an electronic check. Please follow the instructions here for making payments through your myCI portal.
Payment in the form of check, money order or cashier’s check (NOT CASH) may be mailed to campus or dropped off on campus at the payment drop box located on the outside wall at Sage Hall. Your payment will be posted to your account within 24 hours and a receipt will be emailed to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Student Business Services is practicing all social distancing guidelines. Masks must be worn inside the building and we will ask that you keep a distance of at least 6ft between yourself and any other person that is at the Student Business Services Office. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not come to SBS in person and instead contact us through phone or email.
Refunds - Spring 2021 financial aid refunds will begin processing on January 20, 2021. Out-of-pocket payment refunds will begin processing on February 15, 2021. Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the original card number. The 2.75% credit card fee is not refundable. All refunds process automatically and do not require the student to contact Student Business Services to request the refund.
