What is included with Office 365 ProPlus subscription license?

  • Office 365 ProPlus for Win (Office 2013 ProPlus base applications)

  • Office Mobile for Android

How many machines/devices can I run this subscription on and what if I hit my maximum number?

Each subscription license allows you to run Office on up to five machines - Mac or Win. You can also run Office Mobile for iOS and Android on up to 5 mobile devices.  Once you have completed your installation, make sure to have Auto Updates turned ON.

If you've already installed the latest version of Office on five computers that you use and you want to install Office on a sixth computer, you can do that by first deactivating an installation on one of your current computers.

Go to Software > Office. Click Deactivate next to the computer you want to deactivate the installation from.

When does your Office 365 subscription expire?

Your Office 365 subscription through your instruction ends upon separation from the university. You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available. If you have Office 365, you should make sure to transfer all your files from your school's OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to separation.
