The Organizational Effectiveness Program (OE) supports the Division of Business & Financial Affairs (BFA) mission by providing the university with staff development, employee engagement, change management, and Lean Six Sigma, as well as offering consultative services to functional leadership teams regarding organizational and leadership matters.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

The OE Program manages a periodic survey of faculty and staff to get feedback on the performance of the Division of Business & Financial Affairs. A new survey was recently administered for 2017 and results are now posted below.

Administrative Effectiveness Committee
