The six year plan is a living document that is responsive to changing priorities and will be used to inform leadership across the division in setting priorities for the next six years.
Stakeholders (defined as Deans, AVPs, Senior Management), guided by the strategic initiatives and GI 2025, were asked to develop a resource plan backing this vision.
