Instructions
- Open a web browser and navigate to myCI.
 - Enter your myCI Login information.
                                    
                                    
 - Under myLinks select the Student Housing link, and then My Housing.
                                    
                                    
 - Select the appropriate Maintenance Request Form link. 
 - Fill out the Maintenance Request Form for the appropriate area needing service.
 - If your maintenance issues has not been addressed within 7 business days, please call the Main Housing Office at 805-437-2733.
