The CSU Channel Islands Mission Based Centers were created to facilitate the implementation of the University Mission Statement.
The Mission Based Centers place CSUCI students at the center of the educational experience, enabling learning within and across disciplines through integrative approaches, emphasizing service learning, and multicultural and international perspectives. The Mission Based Centers support students, faculty, and staff; locally, nationally, and globally by offering learning opportunities, programs, events, ceremonies, and campus-wide recognition for those who exemplify the values of the CSUCI mission goals.
