Feb. 3, 2023 — Employee Learning and Development is offering a variety of professional and personal enrichment sessions in February.

CSUCI workshops start Feb. 7. The Zoom sessions include “Degree Planner Course Demand Data,” “Continuous Improvement Essentials” and “Champion Strategies for Planning Improvement Projects.”

“CSU’s Got Talent,” live webcasts organized by the Chancellor’s Office, will feature “Overcoming the Impostor: Silence Your Inner Critic & Lead With Confidence” on Feb. 22 from 10 to 11 a.m.

On-demand learning opportunities include “Life Matters,” which are wellness webinars offered by Empathia. Enter company password “csuci” to access.

Employees also can tackle the February Challenge by completing one self-paced and on-demand course focused on building confidence through CSU Learn and LinkedIn each week. Audio courses, books and recorded presentations are available. Managers can promote a team challenge.

Partner learning opportunities, including “Coffee and Collaboration” sessions offered by the Ombud’s office, also are available.

Cross Campus Collaborations, which are live online courses where employees can learn with colleagues across the CSU, start up again in March. Offerings will be posted soon, and registration opens Feb. 27.
