March 30, 2023 — A variety of in-person, live-virtual and on-demand Employee Learning and Development opportunities are available in April.

Cross Campus Collaborations, which are live online courses where employees can learn with colleagues across the California State University system, include “Resume 101,” “Success as 1st Gen Professional” and “Zoom: We’re Not All Experts.” Roxane Beigel-Coryell from CSUCI will present “Sustainable U: Practical Tips to Support Your Campus (and Personal) Sustainability Goals.”

The April learning challenge is "Communication" in honor of Administrative Professionals Week. Several on-demand options from LinkedIn Learning and CSU Learn are available. 

CSUCI workshops include "Run, Hide, Fight: Surviving an Active Shooter Event" and “Schedule Builder: A New Way to Enroll.” 

"CSUs Got Talent" will feature "How to Achieve Peak Productivity Through Strategic Self-Care.”

Employees should alert their supervisors if they plan to attend Learning and Development courses.
