Nov. 9, 2018 - As President Beck noted in her updates to the campus community, we recognize that the last couple of days have been stressful and disorienting. Given the challenges presented by the Borderline mass shooting incident and the fires in Ventura County, we know that students may be concerned about their classes, meeting requirements, and their ability to finish the semester successfully.
We want to assure all of our students that we will work to support them and that we will do whatever we can to ensure their success. Faculty, too, have been working hard to support their students. However, because it may be difficult to contact faculty during this time, as many of them, too, have now been displaced by the fires, students who cannot reach their instructors can also reach out to the appropriate Program Chair. Program Chairs are noted on each of the academic web pages.
