The Help Desk is the primary point-of-contact for all technology issues at CI.

For general questions, contact the Solution Center at 805-437-8400.

You can contact the Help Desk using any of the following means: 

  • Phone: 805-437-8552 (or dial extension 8552 from a campus phone)
  • Email:
  • In Person: visit Broome Library 1350 (see "Face-to-Face Support" section below)
  • myCI: Login to myCI and go to the "My Apps" tab, then in the  "My T&I Work Orders" module click  "Create New Request"

For help requests made by email or myCI, a work ticket will be generated and sent to your email address for confirmation.  

Face-to-Face Support

The Help Desk is located in Broome Library 1350 and is staffed during the following hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm 
  • Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
  • Saturday and Sunday: closed 

Summer and Winter break hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
  • Saturday and Sunday: closed
