Thank you for your interest in dining here on campus! There are several options for you and your students:
- You and your guests can dine at our “all-you-care-to-eat & drink” Islands Kitchen
(our campus cafeteria, view on campus map).
- Town Center (view on campus map) has Tortilla’s Mexican Grill, Mom Wong Kitchen, and American Pie Co. Prices vary
depending on what you order.
- You can pre-order boxed lunches from Catering by contacting University Auxiliary Services, Inc. (see contact information below).

Payment options are as follows:
- Each guest can pay individually at any of the locations with cash or credit card (MasterCard or Visa only).
- If you are dining at Islands Kitchen, we can send you an invoice in advance and you can pay with company check or credit card upon arrival.
Whatever option you select, please let us know at least 1-2 weeks in advance so that we can plan accordingly to ensure the best possible service and experience for you and your guests. Submit your request here. The following information required is:
- Group name
- # of guests (including chaperones)
- Dining location choice
- Approximate dining time (expected start & finish)
- Payment method (ie: pay individually or invoice)
- Day-of contact person’s name and cell phone #
