Please understand that the only sanctioned tours offered by CSU Channel Islands are those organized through CSUCI's Admissions and Recruitment and University Outreach departments. Our staff and student ambassadors are highly trained with the most up-to-date and accurate information. We ask that you refrain from contacting any additional source for admissions information or a campus tour. Thank you for your cooperation!

Group Admission Presentations and Guided Tours

The Admissions Office at CSU Channel Islands provides an opportunity for groups from high schools, community colleges, and community-based organizations (e.g., Boys and Girls Clubs) to receive a  group-guided tour. This program is intended for future undergraduate applicants to CSU Channel Islands. Students will learn about the application process, campus resources, and student life.

In-Person Group Tours:

In-person Group tours will be offered Monday-Friday at 10:00 a.m. Groups are limited to no more than 60 students and 3 chaperons. Registration is now available, RSVP.

Changes to Our Tours:
In conjunction with the tour, our Student Ambassadors will provide a presentation highlighting the many opportunities available at CSU Channel Islands. Groups may also request for an Admissions presentation from an Admissions Counselor, or may watch the videos below of our pre-recorded presentations. Our ambassadors will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your on-campus scheduled tour. 

Freshmen presentation - for incoming students graduating from a high school or completing a GED
Transfer presentation - for incoming students transferring from another college/university

Important Notice: 
In accordance with the CSU policies the organization/school is responsible for all contact tracing and notifying our campus if there has been a COVID-19 exposure by visiting COVID-19 Case webpage.

Mask Requirement:

As of September 6th, in accordiance with university policies, we are no longer requiring guests and students to wear masks indoors or outdoors on campus (regardless of vaccination status). Please view our campus safety rules for visitors. If you have visited our campus and have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please self-report this information as soon as possible.
