Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team helps the University find ways to improve and streamline processes. Among other things, the OE Team:
- Advises, encourages and supports leaders, faculty and staff on process improvement projects
- Brings together teams across campus looking to improve their processes with Lean Six Sigma experts here at CSUCI who can help guide the project
- Manages the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training program
- Forms a central area for training, learning and coaching on Lean methods and tools
- Provides tools and resources for process improvements
- Assists in capturing, storing and reporting measurements from divisional process improvements
We’re not all work, though. When a division or department completes a process improvement project, we take the time to celebrate the accomplishment and recognize the participants’ hard work.
