Effective April 1, 2020, the Mail Services, Shipping & Receiving, and Asset Management functions from Facilities Services will be combined with the Procurement and Contract Services team to form the new Materials Management department. This change is made to ensure continuity of the entire chain of materials procured by the University, including ultimate disposition. This will provide and increase in efficiency and accountability in the management of the campus resources and a platform to build on as the campus grows. The department is led by the Director of Materials Management, and is part of the Financial Services Unit. Other questions can be directed to the Materials Management office at purchasing@csuci.edu

Has There Been A Change In Procurement & Contract Services?
