Procurement & Contract Services (PCS) supports CSU Channel Islands by facilitating the procurement of goods and services, administering contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with CSU policies and California state regulations.

PCS works collaboratively with campus departments to obtain best value, manage risk, and ensure responsible stewardship of university funds.

PCS oversees:
• Purchasing and competitive solicitations
• Contract review and execution
• Procurement card administration
