In an effort to maintain proper social distancing and to comply with the state-wide stay at home order, CSUCI is altering the pay check distribution process. Effective with the April pay cycle, all pay checks for faculty, staff and student employees will be distributed either by direct deposit or U.S. Mail. No in-person pick-up of paychecks will be facilitated at this time. We greatly appreciate your flexibility and patience while we navigate these unprecedented circumstances together. Has there been a change in the Student Business Services paycheck distribution process?

Yes. In order to ensure timely receipt of pay checks, please follow the steps below:

  1. Update mailing address on file, if needed, using the method outlined, below.
    • Human Resources forms | Electronic signatures will be accepted, no need to print forms
    • Open both the Employee Action Request (PDF, 302KB) form and the Personal Data Form (PDF, 1.3MB)
    • Complete forms (only complete sections C, F, and I of Employee Action Request form). Do not include your social security number and only input your employee ID number.
    • Save form and email to hr.forms@csuci.edu
  2. Enroll in direct deposit (optional but highly encouraged). New enrollment may take up to two pay periods to process, so please ensure address on file is also up to date. Be sure to verify the routing and checking account numbers with your financial institution to ensure accuracy for Electronic Fund Transfer. Electronic signatures are NOT accepted on the direct deposit form at this time.
    • Print direct deposit (PDF, 57KB) form
    • Complete and sign. Do not include your social security number and only input your employee ID number.
    • Mail the completed form to: CSUCI Payroll Services, One University Drive Camarillo, CA 93012
