Fee Waiver Notices

Important Notices For Fee Waiver Participants

1. Employees/dependents must pay all lab fees.
2. Employees/dependents taking more than 6 units are required to pay the difference of the State University Fee plus the "fees owed" based on the employee's unit classification, as detailed on the Types of Fees Waived page.
3. Employees/dependents using the fee waiver program are not eligible for the Tuition Installment Payment Plan.
4. Student accounts will not be adjusted until the completed and approved fee waiver form has been received in Student Business Services.
5. All Students are required to be checking their dolphin email on a regular basis for correspondences from Student Business Services.
6. Students are responsible for checking their financial matters through their "myCI" account at least twice a month.
7. Due to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), account balance cannot be released to anyone other than the student without consent.
