This program is open to faculty and administrators who have worked at CSUCI for a minimum of four years, have support of their Provost/Vice President, and who have demonstrated their capacity to lead, vision, collaborate, learn and be open to divergent views. Up to 12 faculty/administrators will be selected for this nine-month program, which will meet once a month starting in September and ending in May. Members of the previous Cohort will make recommendations to Executive Leadership for the incoming Cohort.
