    Susan Andrzejewski

    is the Interim Dean of the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics at CSU Channel Islands, where she is also an Associate Professor of Marketing. Previously, she served as the Chair of the Business Program and Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship & Small Business Institute (ESBI) at CSU Channel Islands. Prior to joining CSU Channel Islands, Susan was a faculty member and Associate Chair in the Business, Organizations, and Society Department at Franklin & Marshall College, where she first received tenure in 2015. As Interim Dean, Susan is focused on increasing students’ academic and post-graduate success, expanding the MVS School’s engagement with the community, and strengthening and diversifying the resources necessary to support students, faculty, and staff.

  • Dottie Ayer

    Dottie Ayer

    is the Executive Director for Administrative & Strategic Operations for the Division of Student Affairs (DSA) were she serves as the division’s chief budget, staff resources, and assessment officer. She provides counsel and support to the Vice President with respect to high-level projects, strategic and long-term planning, as well as the implementation of special initiatives. Additionally, Dottie provides assistance to students, parents, and campus community members to address concerns or issues with respect to DSA staff or programs.

  • Amanda Carpenter

    began her time at CSUCI as the Coordinator of Career Development Services. Since then, she has earned doctorate degree in Education and developed numerous programs for CSUCI students, including the internship program for the Henry L. "Hank" Lacayo Institute for Workforce & Community Studies (HLI). More recently, Amanda was appointed Director of Career Development and Alumni Engagement. In this role, she will oversee programs that foster professional career development for current CSUCI students and alumni alike.

  • Toni DeBoni

    serves as the Associate Vice President for Campus Life & Dean of Students within the Division of Student Affairs, responsible for supporting student transition, engagement, and retention. As a member of the Vice President for Student Affairs Leadership Team, Toni ensures that the area of Campus Life encompasses a wide variety of programs, services, and resources that supports the University Mission including: Basic Needs, Campus Recreation, CARE Team, Commuter Services, Counseling & Psychological Services, New Student Orientation, Student Conduct, Student Health Services, Student Leadership, Organizations & Involvement, Veterans Affairs, and Wellness Promotion & Education.

  • Miguel Delgado Helleseter

    is an Assistant Professor or Economics. He is also the director of the Institute for Global Economic Research, and is serving his second term as Secretary of the Academic Senate.

  • Sunshine Garcia

    is the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships and is responsible for providing overall leadership of departmental operations including management of federal, state and institutional student aid funds, as well as responsibility for compliance with federal and state programs and adhering to best practices. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of higher education and an extensive understanding of the importance the role financial aid plays in enrollment management. She is responsible for over $80 million dollars in financial aid. Sunshine’s graduate education focused on Human and Organizational Development at Azusa Pacific University.

  • Eva Gomez

    is a proud alumna of CSU Channel Islands, Psychology ’09. She is an Oxnard native who is passionate about sharing the importance of higher education with the community. Eva coordinates the Annual Leadership Giving program, celebrating donors who give $1000 or more annually to CSUCI; administers the scholarship program; and is a major gift fundraiser and friend-raiser, establishing relationships in the community for the benefit of CSUCI students

  • Colleen Harris

    serves as the Digital & Data Services Librarian at the John Spoor Broome Library. She teaches information literacy sessions across multiple disciplines and assists faculty and students with preserving their research materials in the institutional repository. Colleen also lectures in the Freedom and Justice Studies minor through the Political Science program.

  • Carlos Miranda

    serves as the Associate Director of Information Security. His work entails supporting faculty, staff, and students’ in all matters regarding Information Security. Carlos currently does contract review regarding information security and the procurement of new products and administers various security software dealing with Data Leak Prevention, encryption, MyCI logins, and malware detecting products. He also facilitates user training around various Information Security topics.

  • Peter Mosinskis

    serves as the Director of IT Strategy for Information Technology Services. He leads project and portfolio management, strategic planning, assessment, service management and change management programs for Information Technology Services. Peter also lead the Web Services team in planning, design, deployment and operation of enterprise web infrastructure, applications, content, and systems, and serves as the Accessible Technology Initiative Executive Sponsor for the University. Peter's team helps develop and deploy processes and tools to facilitate communication and digital transformation in academic and administrative operations.

  • Luis Sánchez

    is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Co-Director of CSUCI Student Research. He serves as the faculty co-chair for the Chicana/o-Latina/o Faculty and Staff Association (ChilFASA) and is a faculty advisor to the President’s Scholars program.
