Program Objectives
Through this program, Cohort members will:
- strengthen management skills;
- increase leadership capacity and influence;
- and increase self-understanding of strengths and barriers to success.
Curriculum
Monthly Focus Sessions will cover areas such as strategic navigation, cultural competencies, communication, leadership self-assessment, and cultivating innovation. The program will engage Cohort members through panel discussions, presentations, case-studies, research articles, and multi-media content. Cohort members will hear from executive leaders within and beyond CSUCI.
