- Complete the City of Ventura Parks & Recreation Department waiver for the Games and email a PDF copy to CI.StaffCouncil@csuci.edu.
- Let us know what size t-shirt you need using our Qualtrics survey. You can also access the individual event sign-up and waiver links in the Qualtrics form.
