On Monday, Nov. 24, members of the CI community gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of CI's third phase of student housing: Santa Rosa Village. The four-story, 120,000 square foot structures will hold 600 students and a large outdoor courtyard. The project is slated for completion by fall 2016.
