Welcome to the CI Records Support Page.  Channel Islands is currently running CSU Common Management System (CMS), a custom version of Oracle/PeopleSoft’s Human Captial Management and Campus Solutions systems, as CI Records.

First-Time Login Instructions

Step-by-Step Process

If you are logging in for to myCI the first time you will need to activate your myCI account and create a unique password.  To do this, go to http://myci.csuci.edu/activate and follow the instructions located on the web page.

  1. In your web browser, go to http://myci.csuci.edu.
  2. Enter your Dolphin Name and Dolphin Password and click the sign-in button.
  3. Select the CI Records link on the right.
  4. Congratulations!  You are now at your default CI Records page.  For students this is the Student Center page.  For Faculty this is the Faculty Center page.
