CI Records Security Access

All students, faculty and staff are granted access to CI Records to manage their personal data (student data, student time entry, or  employee absence management data) when they apply to be a student or are hired by the university. Members of the campus community who require access to CI Records to perform their work duties must use the online PeopleSoft System Access Request (PSAR) process to generate a request for all work related security access.  

To access the PeopleSoft System Access Request (PSAR) process please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to myCI using your Dolphin ID and password.
  2. Select the CI Records link from the My Links section.
  3. Navigate to the PSAR request page:
    • Main Menu > CI Customization / Interfaces > CI Security > PSAR Request
