The Instructionally Related Activities (IRA) Annual Timeline outlines key dates for the IRA funding cycle, including the application period, submission deadline, review process, and award notifications.
The IRA open call is conducted one year in advance of the funded fiscal year (July–June) to support campus planning, proposal review, and timely implementation of funded activities. Applicants are responsible for reviewing the timeline and planning submissions accordingly. Early submission supports budget planning, committee review, and alignment with academic and program planning.
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Dates are subject to change and will be updated on this page as needed. Committee operates in alignment with the academic calendar and will not be active during academic breaks or holidays.
