FY 2025-2026- Now Open
Application requests for proposals with performance expectations between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Deadline to submit is December 14, 2024. Funding announcements are expected to be disbursed in May 2025. Application instructions are provided below.
Note: If the project includes space modifications, furniture or equipment purchases, the project will need to be reviewed and pre-approved by Academic Space Manager prior to application submission.

FY 2025-2026
NOW OPEN - DEADLINE: December 14, 2024
- Login to InfoReady
- Click on the Competition/Funding you are applying for
- Start filling out your application with:
- Applicant Details
- Proposal Details (Brief project description, Project/Activity Budget detail, Other funding sources)
- If the project includes space modifications, furniture or equipment purchases, the project will need to be reviewed and pre-approved by Academic Space Manager, Mary Laurence.
- Upload Files
- MSFT Planning Budget Workbook (MS Excel, 24KB) - This tool is provided to help anticipate costs throughout the fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) on a month-by-month basis.
- Any additional files that are relevant to your proposal.
- Recommendation for Approval
- Entering the email addresses to route your application:
- First email box - enter the email of your Chair, Director or Supervisor.
- Second email box - enter the email of your Dean, AVP or VP.
- Save or Submit Your Application
- "Submit Application" (once your MSFT application is complete) or "Save as Draft" (if you choose to finish your application later).
- Once your MSFT application is SUBMITTED, no changes can be made and it will be routed
to the next steps of the process: recommendation for approval and committee review.
