Annual Los Gritos Celebration
The Annual Los Gritos event will take place at Central Mall on Thursday, September 12 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The event will includ food trucks, local businesses, dancing, and games. Faculty,
students, and staff enjoyed the festivities. We hope to see you at the upcoming event!
6th Annual Latino Male Retreat
The 6th Annual Latino Male Retreat is taking place at Santa Rosa Island on November 15, 2024.
The 3-day expense paid retreat is intended to empower Latino male identifying students
to realize their academic and career goals by increasing their engagement with resources,

Sí Se Pudo Celebration
The Sí Se Pudo Student Recognition Celebration is a bilingual end-of-the-year ceremony that celebrates
the academic achievements of graduating Latina/o/x students, their familias, alumni,
staff, faculty and community members. The Si Se Pudo Recognition Ceremony took place
on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the North Quad. Click on the above link for

Chicana/Latina Retreat
The Chicana/Latina Retreat to the Santa Rosa Island aims to provide student empowerment
through political, cultural, environmental and social consciousness development; the
space allows for community interaction and self-reflection. The next all expenses

Mecha de CI presents, Raza College Day, a power through education event. The event
