CSUCI Corps program is a  100-hour paid community service internship program specifically designed to support student leaders advancing service, service-learning and community engagement throughout the Santa Barbara and Ventura County. The Corps program is a “high impact job” which translates into greater student success outcomes for students as they are more connected to the campus  and the community,  and receive professional mentorship from their supervisors. 

Students are engaged in providing direct service in the non-profit sector or supporting a service-learning program, or both. Students are involved in addressing community issues confronting our community– from access to and success in higher education to climate crisis, health inequities to trail conservation and restoration.

The Corps program engages CSUCI students in job opportunities and professional development and contributes to building the next generation of community leaders.  Pay rate: $18.00
