Meetings
CI Staff Council meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 9:30-11:00 AM, alternately in person (with Zoom available for the public) and on Zoom only, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend and are run using Robert’s Rules of Order. Members of the public can reference our Staff Council Meeting Etiquette document (PDF, 174KB) for more information on how to participate during Staff Council meetings.
All meetings will have written agendas published by the second Monday of the month – you can find the Agendas linked below. Meetings are not typically recorded, but any recorded meetings will be announced ahead of time. If you have any questions or concerns you want addressed during the next meeting, or you have any announcements to be added to the agenda, please submit them via our Questions & Feedback form or by contacting Staff Council Exec by end of day on the first Friday of the month.
Campus community members wanting to attend Staff Council meetings via Zoom should register at the link below to receive the Zoom link for the next meeting. Note: registration is required for each individual meeting date to reflect an accurate record of meeting attendees.

Meeting Accessibility
Staff Council encourages all campus community members to attend and participate in Staff Council meetings and other events.
