Camarillo Market Rate Information

For informational purposes only, this rental rate estimate is provided in accordance with California Assembly Bill 990 which specifies that all CSU and UC campuses provide the typical market cost of a one-bedroom apartment in their local area. In the city of Camarillo, an average one-bedroom rental rate is $2,200  as of September 2023 by www.zumper.com . Actual costs of room and board will vary. Many students living off-campus have roommates, which decreases their housing costs.
