What is the deadline to register and confirm payment?
The print marketing deadline is April 1, 2018 to confirm your information is located on all marketing materials. If a registration or payment is received after this date we cannot guarantee inclusion or your organization's information in our marketing materials.  Hard Registration and payment deadline is April 13, 2017.

Are refunds granted for the fair if it rains?
The event will occur rain or shine. Cancellations and refunds will not be granted for any reason.

Does the campus provide accommodations?

How do I get to the campus?
It is suggested to enter campus at University Drive. To enter capus at University Drive, take Lewis Road exit from the 101 Freeway.  Head South on Lewis Road. University Drive is an intersection with a signal and is clearly marked as the entrance to CSU Channel Islands. Once on University Drive, head straight to Santa Barbara Avenue.  Directional signage will be available to guide you to the A-6 (VIP) and A-10 lots. Parking attendants will be available at parking lots to distribute parking permits.

All materials and supplies brought with you on the day of the event must be transported with you or on the courtesy shuttle. Parking and loading/unloading is prohibited in front of the Broome Library.

All registrations are limited to 1 parking permit per company/organization in the A-10 parking lot.
Dolphin VIP Partners are limited to 2 parking permits in the A-6 parking lot.

May I ship materials to the school in advance?
Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate materials for our Dolphin VIPPartners before the career fair.  We will deliver your materials to your table the morning of the fair.  Additional instructions will be mailed upon registration as a Dolphin VIP Partner.

May I ship materials from campus back to my company location?
Packages containing recruitment materials can be dropped off at our mail services warehouse located off Ventura Street after the fair. They will be picked up by national carriers at scheduled times. Please check with the mail services department to ensure your carrier has a route at CSUCI.  Packages must be packaged and sealed correctly with mailing label and pre-paid postage afixed to be accepted.  CSUCI does not assume any responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the participating company/organization.

Can I park in a different location other than the designated location/lot?
Yes. However, the parking permit provided as part of your registration if specifically for the designated lot.  Should you choose to forgo the designated lot and park in another lot on campus, you will need to purchase a daily parking permit. All parking spaces are filled on a first-come first-serve basis so purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space. What if we need more than one parking permit for additional vehicle(s)?

What if I have a food allergy?
Please include this information on the registration.  Additionally, you may contact Raquel De Los Santos at raquel.delossantos@csuci.edu to notify us of your food request. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.

I have an extra person who would like to join, may I add attendees?
Yes, additional attendees cost $50/person. On the registration form you can specify how many attendees will be included in your registration. There is a maximum limit of three representatives per table. For additional representatives over three, an additional table must be purchased.
