What is the deadline to register and confirm payment?
The deadline is September 30, 2022 to confirm your information is located on all marketing materials. If a registration or payment is received after this date we cannot guarantee inclusion or your organization's information in our marketing materials.

Are refunds granted for the fair if it rains?
The event will occur rain or shine. Cancellations and refunds will not be granted for any reason.
Does the campus provide accommodations?

How do I get to the campus?
It is suggested to enter campus at University Drive. To enter campus at University Drive, take Lewis Road exit from the 101 Freeway. Head South on Lewis Road. University Drive is an intersection with a signal and is clearly marked as the entrance to CSU Channel Islands. Once on University Drive, head straight to Santa Barbara Avenue. Directional signage will be available to guide you to the general employer and preferred/upgraded parking lots. Parking attendants will be available at parking lots to distribute parking permits.
All materials and supplies brought with you on the day of the event must be transported with you or on the courtesy transport wagon. Parking and loading/unloading is prohibited in front of the Broome Library.
All registrations are limited to the allotted number of parking permits per registration package.
May I ship materials to the school in advance?
We can not accommodate materials shipped to campus ahead of the career fair at this time.
Can I park in a different location other than the designated location/lot?
Yes. However, the parking permit provided as part of your registration if specifically for the designated lot. Should you choose to forgo the designated lot and park in another lot on campus, you will need to purchase a daily parking permit. All parking spaces are filled on a first-come first-serve basis so purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space. Daily permits are available at permit dispensers located in lots A1, A2 and A4. For more information, please visit the parking page.
What if we need more than one parking permit for additional vehicle(s)?
For additional vehicles, a daily parking permit must be purchased for each vehicle. All parking spaces are filled on a first-come first-serve basis so purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space. What if I have a food allergy?
Please include this information on the registration. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.
I have an extra person who would like to join, may I add attendees?
Yes, additional attendees cost $25/person. On the registration form you can specify how many attendees will be included in your registration. There is a maximum limit of three representatives per table. For additional representatives over three, an additional table must be purchased.
