ASL and/or Live Captioning Cancellation Form
This cancellation process is for students who are currently enrolled in the DASS program and receive American Sign Language Interpretation Services and/or Live Captioning Services.
If you know you will not be attending a class or classes, please cancel your Live Captioning services or American Sign Language Interpretation services at least 48 hours in advance by filling out the following Cancellation Form:
Should you need to make any changes to cancellations that you have already submitted, please email accommodations@csuci.edu.
Academic Accommodations
Accommodations are not automatically provided by the University. It is the student’s choice to self-identify a disability and their responsibility to request DASS services. If you need accommodations like ASL Interpretation or Live Captioning or any other class accommodations and you have not yet enrolled in the DASS program, here is How to Apply for DASS Services.
