Wendy Olson
Learning & Development
It was a pleasure being part of the Learning and Development team. Wendy has retired as of December 2023. New information will be updated soon.
Wendy joined CSUCI in June 2002. She began her CSUCI career as support staff in Academic Advising, then moved onto the Project Vista HSI grant team as the Graduate Studies Center Activities Director. After the grant ended, she began working with the Division of Business and Financial Affairs developing, implementing and leading the Employee Learning and Development program. Wendy has over 30 years experience in the education field. She holds a B.A. in Communication and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University. She holds current certifications as a Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner.
