For all other records-related updates and questions, please e-mail registrar@csuci.edu. Our Academic Evaluations Specialists are answering e-mails daily. We can research your specific question and provide a detailed response.

Express chat is a 10 minute drop-in consultation with an Academic Evaluations Specialist from the Registrar’s Office, available for current CSUCI students. Topics include:

How to add/drop/swap classes on CI Records
Quick CARR Report Updates (e.g. Moving PSY 100 from Area D to Area E)
Course Substitution request procedures
Use of Registrar’s Office forms (Change of Major/Minor, Change of Graduation Term, Petition for Exception to Academic Policy, etc.)
How to Apply for Graduation on CI Records
Quick pre-requisite update (if needed for enrollment and transcript has been received)
Transfer Credit related questions (e.g. how to transfer a class, course equivalencies, etc.)
Trouble-shooting enrollment errors

Students will be seen in the order they logged in to the Zoom session. Do not leave the Zoom virtual waiting room until the evaluator connects with you. Expect longer wait times during busy periods of the semester.
