What Is YOU@College?
CSUCI is proud to present the YOU@CSUCI portal, the first technology of its kind that personalizes campus well-being resources for our students. YOU helps you explore academics and career success pathways, your well-being, and social connections! Make your profile, take a reality check, and get personalized content to help you build your best college experience.
How Does It Work?
- Visit the platform
- Go to https://you.csuci.edu and log in with your Dolphin ID and password, OR
- log on to MyCI and click the “YOU@College” button.
- Make Your Profile. Your profile helps personalize the content and resources that YOU offers.
- Take a Self-Check and discover more of YOU! You will discover personalized content, like advice, quizzes, videos, and campus resources to you.
- Helpful Hint: the more reality checks you take, the more personalized your feed becomes!
- Your content automatically adjusts to your reality check results. Explore the Resources that YOU delivers based on what you say.
Why YOU@College?
The YOU@CSUCI portal adapts to your experience as your stressors, lifestyle, and needs change throughout college. It’s like Google, if Google knew what interested and worried you every day.
A tool for reflection and inspiration, YOU grows with you as you encounter new challenges and growth opportunities throughout college.
YOU does not have the time restrictions and physical boundaries of many other outlets. When the gym closes before your de-stress session, or your best friend isn’t answering their phone, YOU is online and available whenever and wherever you need it, on your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
