Employees who are away from work for a period of 5 or more consecutive work days due to a qualifying leave event should contact their supervisor and Human Resources to make arrangements for an appropriate leave of absence.

Employees may be granted full or partial leaves of absence with and/or without pay depending on the circumstances and duration of the leave request. Eligibility guidelines are subject to appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), specific policies, applicable legal agreements, and current state and federal legislation.
