• Academic Credit Internship Placement Agreement (PDF, 173KB) - CSUCI internship placement agreement document that must be fully executed before you begin your academic credit internship experience. Also referred to as the CSUCI Student Self-Selected Internship Site Placement Agreement.
• CSUCI Academic Credit Internship Learning Plan (PDF, 141KB) - An agreement that you and your Site Supervisor will complete prior to your first day working at your internship site. This agreement must be submitted to your faculty.
