Important Dates for 2012-2013 Residents
Spring 2013
- January 16, 2013: Payment in full due, or 1st installment payment due
- February 16, 2013: 2nd payment due
- March 16, 2013: 3rd payment due
- April 16, 2013: 4th payment due
Important Dates for 2013-2014 Residents
Fall 2013
- March 4, 2013: Financial Aid Priority Filing Deadline. Students wishing to use financial aid to cover any room and board payments must complete their financial aid application by this date.
- May 21, 2013: Any documents required for completion of an evaluation of financial aid are due on this date for students wishing to use financial aid to cover room and board fees.
- June 1, 2013: Housing Application, Housing Application Fee, License Agreement, and payment of the $1500 deposit must be completed online.
- August 16, 2013:
- Deadline to sign up for a Housing Installment Payment Plan (HIPP) in myCI. Be sure to do this BEFORE you make your August payment.
- Payment Deadline for Room and Board Fees.
- September 16, 2013: 2nd payment due
- October 16, 2013: 3rd and final fall payment due

August 23: Fall Move-In Day!
Spring 2014
- Mid-January 2014: Payment is due in full, OR 1st Housing Installment Payment Plan (HIPP) payment is due. *The HIPP must be requested again for Spring in myCI on or before the payment due date.*
- Mid-February 2014: 2nd payment due
- Mid-March 2014: 3rd payment due
- Mid-April 2014: 4th and final payment due
